(rental is subject to 5-1/2% state tax and 4-1/2% room tax) | Available by the week or day! 2003 Palm Beach 20 foot pontoon boat with a 2003 40 hp mercury motor with electronic tilt and fuel injection. Capacity: 10 Includes a 6 gallon tank of gas, life jackets, and an anchor. Weekly rental: $750.00 Daily rental: $175.00 **********RESERVATIONS********** A 50% reservation deposit is required on the home rental as well as on a weekly pontoon at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A damage deposit in the form of a credit card is due at time of booking. ******CANCELLATION POLICY****** The Tenant's security deposit less a 15% cancellation fee will be refunded if the Tenant provides more than 60 days notice. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will receive an 85% refund of the security deposit only if Lone Palm Enterprises, LLC is able to fill the vacancy for full reservation time and rate. There is no refund for early departure. Lone Palm Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund a deposit with a 60 day notice. |
